The bump on the outside of the humerus where the deltoid muscle attaches
-also called deltoid eminence

The apex of the heart is leveled to the Deltoid Tuberosity

Insertion

• Humerus (Lateral)
  • Deltoid Tuberosity
  • the roughened process on the lateral surface of the mid-shaft of the humerus

  

  The Mid humerus bone is the insertion of the Deltoid (shoulder) muscle.

  By flexing the arm in T position it is easy to find the mid-bone at the insertion of the Deltoid.

  

     

  The mid-Humerus bone  is the leveled of the heart  and also the leveled of the base of the pectorals.
